We provide high-quality knife sharpening using a technique that does not damage the structure of the material from which the knife is made.
Sharpening is performed after setting the cutting edge angle, which we set to 15–30 degrees.
We sharpen the knife on a fine-grit stone that is constantly submerged in water. Because the sharpening stone is submerged, the steel of the knife does not heat up during sharpening, and the material from which the knife is made is not degraded.
A knife sharpened this way will retain its shape and edge for a long time. Later, when you resharpen it at home (using a sharpening steel…), you can restore the knife to excellent sharpness.
